Hello! My name is Steve Wilson Koesasih, and I am currently enrolled at the National
University of Singapore (NUS), majoring in Business Analytics at the
School of Computing.
During my application journey, I applied to several top
universities, including UCLA, UCSD, UCB, UCD, UofT, Harvard, Stanford, NUS, and
NTU. I was admitted to UCSD, UCD, UofT, NUS, and NTU, while also being
waitlisted by UCLA.
Working with Universal Services, especially with Kak
Ling-Ling as my agent, made the entire process much smoother. She helped me
organize and prepare the many documents required, which would have taken a lot
of my time if I had handled it on my own. With her support, I was able to focus
on other goals such as competitions, IELTS preparation, and essay writing.
Kak Ling-Ling not only assisted me in sorting documents and
filling out the necessary forms but also gave me feedback on my essays and
helped me refine them. She reminded me of important steps and deadlines
throughout the application so that I stayed on track.
What I appreciate most is how accommodating and
approachable she was. Even before I officially used the services, Kak
Ling-Ling welcomed my questions about universities, grades, and admissions. She
always answered in detail and never hesitate to share her knowledge, even in
casual conversations.
Overall, I am very
satisfied with Universal Services. Kak Ling-Ling has been an important
part of my journey to my dream university, and I am truly grateful for her
guidance and support.
