I first found out about Universal through a Canadian Education Expo. My first impression of them was that they were very straight forward and informative about how Canada was as a country to study in as well as how all of the processes would work which I appreciated very much. They were fast and thorough with their work, and considering I was in the middle of doing my thesis this was a huge blessing. It didn't take long for me to get my acceptance letter and with how narrow my time frame was when I applied for the student visa as well, it definitely helped a lot with how fast they worked.
They even checked in with me once I got to Canada. All in all, I highly recommend them!
