Studying abroad has been my dream for quite some time. However, when the time came, my school required me to prepare for the National Examination. Time was scarce. I barely kept up with the tempo. Therefore, I asked my mom to search for help with the documentation process for my future colleges in the United States.I met Ce Ena from Universal Surabaya. At first, I already knew that she was a nice and dedicated woman. She helped me in every problems and requirements that I have to present and she always contacted me whenever some new things came up. She was and will always be a good and helpful agent for students who want to go abroad. Moreover, even though I have been accepted in University of California Davis, she still contacted me whenever there were new changes or things that the university did.
Overall I am very happy and thankful that I chose Universal Surabaya. They especially Ce Ena have been very helpful and resourceful to me in that short period of time
