Thanks Universal for recommending PSB Academy to me!

PSB Academy offers a blend of learning and amusement. It was a short two years study but it was definitely the highlight of my learning journey. The international environment allows me to make friends with people from different countries.

What amazed me more were the additional activities that the school offers!

I chose Management and Marketing as my major and I thought that the school would only focus on that, but surprisingly PSB has a lot of clubs that help me explore and pursue my hobby.

The professors also impart quality education to the students. They provided us with a clear explanations and applicable examples.

My sincere thanks to all the professors and Universal!! I am able to complete my degree in Bachelor of Commerce, Management and Marketing. Additionally, I would like to specially express my gratitude to Mrs. Ena from Universal for recommending PSB Academy and for all the help that she did for me.

Going to NAFA is one of the best choices I've made, thanks universal!

Going to NAFA is probably one of the best choices that I have made for my studies. It has helped me to prepare myself as a person and as a designer. The lecturers there were very supportive and encouraging, they always push you to do better for your projects. I have also made some great friends there who have stayed with me through the ups and downs. I want to thank Universal for introducing me to NAFA and for their help during the process my application, visa matters, and accommodations.

universal were very straight forward and informative!

I first found out about Universal through a Canadian Education Expo. My first impression of them was that they were very straight forward and informative about how Canada was as a country to study in as well as how all of the processes would work which I appreciated very much. They were fast and thorough with their work, and considering I was in the middle of doing my thesis this was a huge blessing. It didn't take long for me to get my acceptance letter and with how narrow my time frame was when I applied for the student visa as well, it definitely helped a lot with how fast they worked.

They even checked in with me once I got to Canada. All  in all, I highly recommend them!

Cheers from Toronto!

universal answers my questions patiently :)

To be honest, at first I did not really want to come to Universal since I had some bad experiences with other agencies. It was my brother who insisted me to give it a try. He said that Ci Ratna is very knowledgeable and as far as he could see, based on her experiences, she is very reliable. So then I said why not?

The first time I met her, she asked me more than I asked her, I bet that was for background check (this made me think that this time is gonna be different, since no other agents do this). She then told me what to do step by step. She answered my every question very clearly. She gave me way out for some problems and also some great suggestions.

Applying for school was so easy, I just gave the documents needed, that’s it, Ci Ratna took care of the rest. She also helped me so much with my visa, every step she told me was based on her experience. She seemed to know and remember each case of her student. Everything went so well. That day when Ci Ratna told me that my visa was approved, I recalled what my brother said to me to give her a try, I did not regret it! Couple months before all of their student leave, Universal also held an event to prepare all of their students with some knowledge and answered all of our questions patiently.

Now here I am living my study-life with my brother and his little family in Toronto. Could not ask for more from Ci Ratna. In this opportunity I also want to thank her for all of her help. And for you guys who is still looking for educational agency, especially to Canada, do not waste your time looking for other agency. Go to Universal. I believe you will be in the right hands! See you guys in Toronto soon. :)

Universal accommodates all my needs in the best possible way!

I went to Sunway College in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

I took Canadian International Matriculation Programme (CIMP), the programme that people always say the easiest compared to any other programs in Sunway College.  In fact it is, but not as easy as you think.

In CIMP, we have the 70% - 30% system, where 70% of our final marks come from our daily course work  and our final exams worth 30%.  I had to maintain my performance daily in order to give my best performance in class.

CIMP also has independent study unit (ISU) that worth differently for different subjects, ISU includes formal lab report for chemistry, mathematical functions, and formulas for advanced function and movie production  for communication and technology.

In order to maintain my maximum performance, I always be healthy and balanced diet. I take frequent exercises, and most impotantly, have lots of vitamin C.  Also, always submit works on time and never procrastinate (eventhough I did every once in a while).

The teachers are very professional and welcoming, they will assist you through all the obstacles you have in class, and the friends, you will not have friends, you will have a family, CIMP family, and I am proud to be part of CIMP family.

Universal helped me to get to Malaysia.  Their service is very professional and I can easily reach universal through phone or text any time I need assistances.  Universal accommodates all my needs in the best possible way. Thank you all

universal complete full service

Universal Services has assisted me in applying to my high school, Hwa Chong International School (HCIS) in Singapore. From giving insights about studying abroad, contacting the school, filling up my application, communicating with the school, until accommodation, Universal has completed a full service until I landed safely in my school dorm in Singapore.

Without Universal, it would have been much more difficult and a hassle process to settle it all by myself. Thanks to 2 years of studying in HCIS, I was able to receive an offer at Singapore Management University (SMU) and £5000 annual scholarship at the University of Glasgow, UK.

Universal is the right consultant for my educational needs

Education is one of the most vital factors in developing an individual.
Therefore, after graduating from high school I am obliged to pursue my studies in a university.
Considering to enter a university is not a simple step to take.
Students need to bear in mind that factors, such as academic reports, mental, and physical readiness significantly will contribute in the act of being accepted to a university or college.

Therefore, after graduated from high school and found the right university that suits my vision and goals, I am thinking to seek for assistance in applying to the desired institution.

I choose hospitality and I have fun here!

Universal has brought me all the way here to PIHMS and I am so satisfied with the service given.  I knew I wanted to go to PIHMS but I still had so many concerns.  They helped me to understand clearly all the university programmes by collecting and comparing all the universities around the places i want. They even double check the information to the person in charge. And one more thing that amazed me!  They know that I have dilemma which they were totally fine with all the sudden changes in the decisions I made.

They helped me from brain storming to the decision making. From determining a major out of several major options I had till I am finally here today!
After taking all major into consideration, I chose hospitality. They convinced me that this industry will suit me!  and yepp,  they were right.  I have lots of fun here, I enjoy every single lesson to learn! Thanks for coping with my 'bawel'ness.
