many thanks for assisting my educational needs at Edith Cowan University!

Hello Ce Ester and Kak Herna, many thanks for assisting me with my educational needs throughout my studies at Edith Cowan University (ECU). I enjoyed my stay in Perth so far, be it for study, part-time work, or my leisure activities.

Perth is, without any doubt, the most balanced and livable city in Australia, if not, in the world. The nature is beyond fascinating, the public transport is reliable, and the people are so welcoming and friendly. I also feel safe residing in Joondalup and strolling around the neighborhood.

Overall, my experience in ECU has been positive for a couple of reasons. Firstly, ECU offers the best student, mental health, and career & employment services amongst other universities in Western Australia (WA). Secondly, ECU has a range of fun and engaging academic and non-academic events throughout the year.  Thirdly, ECU maintains its top position for its overall teaching experience, which I also personally feel throughout my studies.

Perth is also a fast-developing city where there are so many opportunities to secure your career and employment, be it STEM, arts, businesses and law or healthcare. The state government also supports graduates who want to build their career through temporary and permanent migration program in WA.

Therefore, I would definitely recommend for students to continue their studies in Perth, especially in ECU

My experience with universal have been very good!

My name is Jocelyn Permana, a student in SIM GE. I applied to SIM to pursue my Diploma in Management Studies. I aim to continue my studies to take my bachelor in hotel and tourism with La Trobe as my university partner.

I applied to SIM because it’s a leading private institution with high accreditation for its teaching. I used Universal’s help to apply to SIM. My experience in Universal have been very good. They are really helpful and is always there to assist your questions and needs. Universal also informed me about the scholarship that SIM provides. I  prepared for the scholarship by searching scholarship questions and immediately answering them as a way to practice. Kak Ena from Universal told me to not memorize the answers and answer the interview spontaneously, truthfully, with confidence. Therefore, that is what I did in my interview session to then receive the 50% merit scholarship from SIM!

With universal tremendous help, I get a spot at Cornell!

Like any other high school student in their last year, it was also time for me to start college applications. It was difficult at first; the legal documents, essays, and portfolios that I have to prepare in just a couple of months. I found myself overwhelmed at the many tasks I had to complete.

But fortunately, Universal was there to assist me during those strenuous months. With their team of professional staff, they accommodated all my needs and provided guidance during my applications.

With their tremendous help, I was able to get a spot at one of the most prestigious universities in the world, Cornell University. Soon, I will start my freshman year where I will be majoring in Architecture at the College of AAP. I would not have accomplished this amazing feat if it wasn't for Universal's support. Thank you Universal!

Thanks to universal for helping me during the application process!

Picking my further education has always been confusing for me, there are too much information and options available out there. Universal, especially Ce Ena, helped me to narrow down the options according to my interest. In the end, I choose the Singapore Institute of Management for my further education, and not only that, I also got the chance to receive the SIM GE Merit Scholarship (50%). I can confidently say that Universal played a huge role in this, they helped me starting from answering all of my questions regarding the university programs, regulations, and fees, the application process for both the program and scholarship, and giving advice regarding scholarship application. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service that Universal has provided!

Special thanks to Ce Ena, who has helped me a lot during the application process.

College applications are a lot less stressfull!

People say that college applications would be extremely hectic; however, Universal Services made them a lot less stressful!

They've been helpful in so many ways: they're responsive in replying, willing to set aside time to communicate via call, always sharing useful information, and so many more (kudos to my agent, Ms Ena!). With all the support from the start until the end—looking for information on schools until the moment I was awarded with this scholarship

I'll forever be grateful for all the help this agency has given me. Thank you, Universal Services!
